1. 3DV的V就是DHD的板型款式中唯一有著靠板尾明顯增加微凸起Vee板底設計。

2. 它的作用就是在還蠻平的板尾翹度下結合些微Vee凸起板底設計，當您在浪上做出(rail to rail)左右板緣大角度交互轉向時，依舊可以很好地進入浪口位置(pocket，浪壁的崩潰處長的像褲子的口袋)，並保持一定的驅動力(drive)，當接近浪尾小浪時能有相當的動能。

3. 有點寬的板頭(相較於性能板)但其尖端的部份算是很寬的，板緣弧線往下走靠板尾的轉向區域是像DX1的設計，但卻拉得更直。

4. 這板是一個非常適合WQS職業選手巡迴全世界各種不同浪或是沙灘不固定崩潰浪的全方位使用，當然在好浪下也一定更完美表現。

5. 腰浪到一人高的浪會是最佳表現。
